The protection of our traditions, you and your families are our priority. Please familiarize yourself with the event protocols, so we may all contribute to a safe and memorable event.
The area for dancing and ceremony is called the Arbor. Only enter through the East gate, located next to the MC.
There is a sheltered area which is available for people to sit, under the Arbor. Do not enter the Arbor unless instructed by the master of ceremonies.
No dogs in the arbor except for certified health aide dogs.
Bring your own chairs.
Please obtain permission from the dancers prior to taking pictures outside of the arbor. Please do not take pictures during a prayer. The MC will announce when not to take pictures.
No video. Your equipment will be confiscated if identified by security as taking video.
We, the TENA Council reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if circumstances are determined by TENA security.
Per park requirements, all dogs must be on a leash. No dogs in the arbor except for certified health aide dogs.

T.E.N.A Council is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please lock up your vehicle. Lost and found is located at the Information booth.
It is recommended to bring cash for purchases, due to lack of signal for credit card transactions.
